EXCHANGES

Due to limited quantity of inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, you will need to send your original item back to our Returns Department. Once we have received your return you will then be issued store credit for the returned item in in which you may use to purchase a new size.

We cannot guarantee the item you are trying to exchange for will still be available when the return reaches our store.

Damaged/Defective Items:

Our team checks all items for any damages or defective areas before shipping them out to you, but we know mistakes happen.

Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.

Please contact us immediately at yhmbreturns@gmail.com and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area. Please include you name and order number.

Damaged/defective items can be returned for store credit up to 21 days after original shipment date. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

All returns must be received within 14 days of the original shipment date. If you purchased online, you are welcome to return your purchase to our storefront @ 122 N Main St Sand Springs OK 74063 Whichever is easiest.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase & a completed return form included with your items. You can find this form at the bottom of this page!

Items purchased at 20% off or more (this includes items marked down and/or items bought with a discount code)

  • Items must be sent back in original unworn condition with all tags still attached. Must be unworn, unwashed, and scent free. Must be clean. No deodorant stains, makeup, etc.
  • Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box.
  • Shipping an exchange back is the responsibility of the customer. Please make sure to use a shipping method with tracking. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
  • If an item that does not meet our exchange criteria is shipped back to us the item will be refused and shipped back to the customer. You will not receive a credit or an exchanged item.
  • After we've received your return and it's been approved and processed we will issue you a store credit code  to redeem online in the form of a gift card. Please allow up to 5 business days after receiving your return for processing. You will receive your code or exchange shipping notification after we've received your return and after the 5 day processing window.
  • Gift certificates are non exchangeable and non refundable.
  • DISCOUNT CODES ARE NEVER VALID ON A GIFT CARD PURCHASE
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:

  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of the order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at YHMBonline@gmail.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
  • Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
  • If you place an order and do not use your store credit, we cannot apply that credit afterward. If you have any issues with your credit, please email yhmbreturns@gmail.com before placing your order.
