Exchanges / Returns

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, you will need to send your original item back to our Returns Department. The new item will be sent out immediately and you will receive a hold for the cost of the item. This hold on your card will be removed as long as the item is shipped out within 7 days. Otherwise, you will be charged for the new exchange item. You can click this link to start the process

We cannot guarantee the item you are trying to exchange for will still be available when the return reaches our store.

Damaged/Defective Items:

Our team checks all items for any damages or defective areas before shipping them out to you, but we know mistakes happen.

Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.

If the item is damaged please notify us immediately by going through the Return Portal.

RETURNS

All returns must be received within 30 days of the original shipment date. If you purchased online you can use our easy return system click below to begin!

We pride ourselves on FAST standard shipping! Give us a try and you'll be very pleased with how quick our standard shipping is!

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $100 or more & $8.00 Flat Rate shipping thru USPS. Individual shipping calculations will be used for UPS. *after any discounts offered, before tax.
  • We only accept one coupon code per order
  • We pride ourselves on speedy standard shipping! Orders almost always ship next day and you will receive them speedy after they leave our warehouse! Give us a try and see!
  • We  ship within the United States & to Canada or other international countries.
  • A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once the order has been fulfilled. Please note the tracking number may not be valid until the package has been scanned in by the carrier. For example, if an order is fulfilled late Friday afternoon, you may receive a tracking number but not be able to track the package until it leaves Monday. Keep this in mind on Holidays as well.
  • Shipping orders: We pride ourselves on our FAST  shipping!! We average anywhere from 1-3 business days to process your order. (Typically we get orders placed Mon-Fri shipped out next day.) Once order is processed and payment has been fully received and approved it will ship.You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped. From date shipped depending on where you are located in the U.S. it could take 2-7 business days. (When shipping within Oklahoma shipping usually averages 1-3 business days from the time the order is processed and leaves our store).
  • Estimated delivery time does not include holidays or weekends. Orders placed late Friday afternoon in most cases will not be processed until Monday.
  • Please know that no standard delivery time is guaranteed by USPS. 
  • If you wish to use a shipping method that requires a signature upon delivery please call us at 918-720-8370  prior to or right after placing your order so we can choose this option! Please know you will have to be present for the delivery to sign and receive it!
